I offer Accessible Yoga & Meditation classes for all ages and abilities. My classes help you meet your body and mind where they are at with joy and non judgement. You will see improvements in your health and wellbeing by regularly participating in classes and workshops.

I offer Bollywood Dance as a joyful movement form. The language might be foreign, but the music and moves create a magic that draws you in and has you hooked! I offer ongoing classes for kids and workshops for Women. 

I curate Yoga Retreats for women to our beautiful Rocky Mountains along with annual International Yoga retreats to spiritual and exotic destinations.

Hi, I’m Neve…

I’ve had a love affair with Yoga, Dance and Functional Movement for as long as I can remember. This led me to Rishikesh, India where I completed my formal Yoga training with Yogi Vishvaketu at his ashram.

I enjoy teaching a functional class supported by a grounding meditation and a strong emphasis on breath. My classes can be modified for all levels so that both beginners and advanced practitioners can tailor their practice to meet their individual and dynamic needs. I am passionate about encouraging my students to think intuitively and have a strong commitment to supporting your body’s ever changing needs in a respectful and sustainable manner.
