6-Week Restorative Meditation Class
Welcome to your Restorative Meditation journey. Over the next six weeks, we explore different themes to help you achieve inner peace, balance, and rejuvenation. Begin your meditation journey with mindful breathing, gentle mobility and body awareness. You will learn to control your breath, bringing awareness and intention to each inhale and exhale.
Each week will focus on a specific Guided Meditation supported by Restorative Poses designed to create deep rest for your body and enhance your well-being. Engaging your imagination with visualization meditation can boost creativity and focus. You will use all your senses to create a vivid image in your mind, immersing yourself in the experience. Essential and Fragrance oils are used to add depth to the moment.
March 3: Journey to the woods (Oils: Cedar)
Guided Meditation Focus: Rest in Restorative poses as you take your mind on a grounding journey into an ancient wood.
March 10: Mossy Grove (Oils: Juniper)
Guided Meditation Focus: Enjoy an experience where you lay in a soft, mossy grove, surrounded by trees and magic.
March 17: Inner Child Meditation (Oils: Rose)
Guided Meditation Focus: Journey into a magical land where you are a tiny creature surrounded by enormous trees and flowers. You get to climb into a rose to experience wonder and rest.

March 31: Lavender Field (Oils: Lavender)
Guided Meditation Focus: Visualize a tranquil lavender field, surrounded by the calming scent and beauty of blooming flowers.
April 7: To the Ocean (Oils: Rosemary)
Guided Meditation Focus: Picture yourself by a beautiful ocean and experience all the magic that exists in the tropics.
April 14: Moon Rise (Oils: Camphor)
Guided Meditation Focus: Journey into a quiet, dark wood and experience the calm energy. You walk down a path until you witness a Moon Rise.
